Surging in KY Senate Race, Barr Places First Major TV Ad Buy

Lexington, KY—Today, the Andy Barr for Senate campaign announced a seven figure TV ad buy across the Commonwealth in the coming weeks. President Trump’s 2024 Kentucky Campaign Chairman’s first ad buy in the 2026 Kentucky Senate race will be a seven figure ad buy over the next two months.

The announcement comes on the heels of polling released by Public Opinion Strategies showing Andy Barr surging in the Kentucky Senate race. Barr jumped over 10 points in the statewide poll of 600 Republican Primary voters to 29% among likely Republican voters. Failed politician Daniel Cameron plummeted from 50% to 37% and Fake Nate Morris sits at a distant third at 8% after burning through over $2M of spending on TV ads alone.

“Kentucky Republicans are uniting behind a proven winner, America First Warrior, and the only candidate in this race with a record of working with President Trump to deliver for Kentucky,” Alex Bellizzi, Spokesman for the Barr campaign said.

According to the data from Public Opinion Strategies, Barr is the only candidate with significant room for growth. Almost a quarter of Kentucky Republicans still need to meet Barr, but he has a 43-13 favorable to unfavorable image among respondents.

Meanwhile, Kentuckians are seeing through Fake Nate Morris. His image is underwater with Kentucky Republicans at 11-14 favorable to unfavorable despite millions poured in by the investors Nate swindled at Rubicon before he took a golden parachute payout and the company was delisted from the NY Stock Exchange in 2024.
