Monticello, Kentucky—Today, Kentucky State Representative Ken Upchurch (R-HD-52) endorsed Andy Barr for U.S. Senate.
“Andy has fought and succeeded in cutting taxes for hardworking Kentuckians, bringing home investments for Central Kentucky, and has been a consistent conservative in Congress,” said Rep. Upchurch. “I’m behind Andy Barr because I know he will take that record statewide, and it will benefit Kentuckians in the 52nd District.”
“Representative Upchurch has been a leader on so many issues over the years for Kentucky. From cutting the individual tax rate to important development projects, he’s been a true champion for South-central Kentucky,” said Barr. “I’m honored to have his endorsement.”
Representative Upchurch represents Kentucky’s 52nd District in the State House which now includes McCreary, Wayne, and part of Pulaski Counties. He is also an insurance agent with Upchurch Insurance and Financial Services.
