Frenchburg, Kentucky—Today, longtime Menifee County Judge Executive Rick Stiltner endorsed Andy Barr to be the next U.S. Senator from Kentucky. Judge Stiltner has served as Menifee County Judge Executive since 2015.
“Andy Barr is our guy because he’s always fought for farmers, law enforcement, and for Menifee County,” said Judge Stiltner. “I’m looking forward to continuing our work together for Menifee County when Andy is our next U.S. Senator from Kentucky.”
“Judge Stiltner has dedicated his career to public service, first in law enforcement and now as the leader of Menifee County government,” said Barr. “I‘ll always defend law enforcement against the Defund Police Democrats. And I’ll always champion our farmers, recently working with President Trump to expand crop insurance for farmers and end the death tax for over 2 million family farms. We are just getting started.”
Prior to becoming Menifee County Judge Executive, Judge Stiltner served in the Kentucky State Police for decades. He rose to the rank of Colonel and Deputy Commissioner.
Andy Barr and Judge Stiltner worked together to deliver a $529,000 federal grant to enhance school safety in Menifee County schools when Barr represented Menifee County in 2022.
