Lexington, Kentucky—Today, Andy Barr, Republican candidate for U.S. Senate, pushed back on Nate Morris for his latest ad with another outrageous unsourced lie about Barr. Barr’s campaign released the following statement in response to Nate Morris’ latest lie:
“Andy Barr has never supported amnesty and never will. When Barr was working with President Trump to close the border and deport illegals, Nate was pushing to hire migrant workers under the HB-1 Visa Program for his failed ESG company, put a sanctuary city supporting Mayor on the Board of his company, all while peddling woke DEI. Nate sent his employees to class to lose their white privilege, pushing to hire underrepresented groups over white people, and promoting special privileges for transgender employees. Save us the lying lecture from this liberal phony – Nate’s new attempt to play MAGA on TV, and lie through his teeth, is as lame as the woke green energy company he ran into the ground. Nate Morris is a fake, a phony, and full of garbage.”
When leading failed ESG company Rubicon, Nate hired migrant workers over Kentuckians through the HB-1 visa program. Nate put former Philadelphia Mayor Mike Nutter on the Board of Rubicon after Nutter made Philadelphia a sanctuary city and after Nutter compared President Trump to Adolf Hitler.
