Somerset, Kentucky—Today, Kentucky State Senator Rick Girdler (SD-15) endorsed Andy Barr for U.S. Senate.
“Andy Barr is a man of faith, family, and community,” said Senator Girdler. “He’s always defended the pro-life movement, fought for our values, all while supporting jobs and economic development in Kentucky. He’s got a proven record and will be a great U.S. Senator for Kentucky.”

Senator Girdler represents SD-15 which now includes Clinton, Cumberland, Pulaski, Russell, and Wayne Counties in the State Senate. He’s served as a State Senator since 2017. He is native of Pulaski County and for decades has been a top insurance agent in the Commonwealth.
