Judge Mansfield is the latest of a growing list of Western Kentucky leaders to back Barr for Senate.
Elkton, Kentucky—Today, Todd County Judge-Executive Todd Mansfield endorsed Andy Barr to be the next Senator from Kentucky.
“When Washington overreaches, raising taxes, crushing our industries with red tape, and wasting taxpayer dollars, Andy Barr has always stood his ground,” said Judge Mansfield. “He’s a proven conservative who doesn’t just talk about Kentucky values—he delivers results. Andy has been there for rural communities, and I’m proud to stand with him. I look forward to working with him to keep Todd County and West Kentucky moving forward.”

Judge Mansfield worked in banking for over 20 years and with his family’s auto dealerships for many years. He currently works for Ben Bolinger Appraisal as a certified residential real property appraiser in Kentucky and Tennessee. He first began serving as Todd County CJE on June 13, 2018.
