Dixon, Kentucky—Today, Webster County Judge/Executive Steve Henry endorsed Andy Barr to be the next Senator from Kentucky.
“Western Kentucky needs to get behind Andy Barr as our next Senator,” said Judge Henry. “He’s the coal candidate, champion of our farmers, and will deliver for Western Kentucky like no other candidate in this race. I look forward to working with him when he’s our next Senator.”
“Western Kentucky matters, and I’m going to fight for it every single day in the United States Senate,” said Barr. “That means fighting for our farmers, coal miners, families, and protecting the way of life that makes communities like Webster County strong. I’m grateful for Judge Steve Henry’s leadership and support, and I look forward to working with him to deliver real results for Western Kentucky.”
Judge Henry first became County Judge/Executive of Webster County in 2016. Judge Henry had a 22 year career as a coal miner and serves on numerous boards and committees across the Commonwealth. Judge Henry is the 26th Judge/Executive to endorse Barr’s run for U.S. Senate. Barr now has over 160 major endorsements, more than both of his opponents combined.
