Lexington, KY—Today, the Andy Barr for Senate campaign issued a Cease and Desist letter to the anti-Trump WinItBack PAC for their patently false, derogatory, and defamatory ad lying about Andy Barr’s record fighting the radical transgender movement.
“The entirety of the Advertisement is blatantly false and contains incorrect statements of fact. Notably, it claims that Andy Barr voted to give federal funding to hospitals that perform sex changes on children,” the letter states in-part.
“To be clear, Congressman Barr has consistently and vehemently opposed the idea that the government should spend money on performing sex changes for children and even cosponsored the bill entitled End of Taxpayer Funding of Gender Experimentation Act of 2023,” the letter continues.
