Liberty, KY and Danville, KY—On Friday, Kentucky State Representative Daniel Elliott (R-HD-54) endorsed Andy Barr to be the next U.S Senator from Kentucky. Elliott endorsed Barr at meet and greets in Casey and Boyle Counties.
Rep. Barr was hosting campaign events in Casey and Boyle Counties to make his case to primary voters as to why he should be Kentucky’s next U.S Senator. Barr talked about his record of delivering the Trump agenda, fighting for the Second Amendment, for farmers, and for veterans.
“I am here this afternoon with my friend, Congressmen Andy Barr, who I am endorsing for the United States Senate,” said Rep. Elliott. “He has my full support, and I am going to do everything I can to make sure he is our next United States Senator.”
“Representative Daniel Elliott is doing an awesome job for the people of Boyle and Casey Counties, and I am honored to have Daniel’s endorsement in this race,” said Barr.
Rep. Elliott, who is from Danville, Kentucky, is a graduate of both the University of Bellarmine and the University of Louisville School of Law. He has served the people of Boyle and Casey counties in the Kentucky House of Representatives since 2016.
This marks the 24th member of the Kentucky House of Representatives who has endorsed Andy Barr in the Kentucky U.S Senate Republican Primary. He continues to lead his opponents in endorsements, and is also leading in the latest Fox56/Emerson College poll.
