Marion, Kentucky—Today, Crittenden County Judge/Executive Perry Newcom endorsed Andy Barr to be the next Senator from Kentucky.
“Western Kentucky needs a Senator who can hit the ground running on day one, and Andy Barr would be that Senator,” said Judge Newcom. “Andy has a proven record that conservatives, families, farmers, and small business owners can trust. I’m proud to endorse him for Senate.”
“I’m ready to go to work for Crittenden County and for Western Kentucky,” said Barr. “I’m going to fight for our farmers, for our coal miners, for our families, and for our future. I want to thank Judge Newcom for his support in this race.”
Judge Newcom was first elected as County Judge/Executive of Crittenden County in 2010. Judge Newcom is the 25th Judge/Executive to endorse Barr’s run for U.S. Senate. Barr now has over 160 major endorsements, more than both of his opponents combined.
