Ft. Thomas, Kentucky — Today, Campbell County Commissioner Lampe announced his endorsement of Andy Barr (R-KY) for the United States Senate.
“Andy Barr is the best option for Kentucky in the U.S. Senate race,” said Commissioner Lampe. “He has the experience and leadership that we need in Washington. I am confident in his ability to continue fighting to deliver a strong economy for Kentucky’s families, signature industries, and small businesses.”
“I am grateful to Commissioner Lampe for his leadership and support in Campbell County,” said Barr. “Leaders like Tom know that I will put Kentucky first, fight for our families, farmers, veterans, and police.”
A long time conservative now in his third term as Campbell County’s District 3 Commissioner, Lampe brings more than two decades of public service to the endorsement. He was first elected to the Fiscal Court in 2014. Before that, he served six terms on the Fort Thomas City Council. Beyond his elected work, Lampe is active across Northern Kentucky. He is an active parishioner at St. Thomas Church. He Chairs the Business Support Committee of the St. Elizabeth Healthcare Foundation. He and his wife, Kim, raised their three sons in Fort Thomas and are now proud grandparents.
Commissioner Lampe joins a multitude of others in endorsing Barr’s campaign. Barr has over 170 major endorsements, more than all other campaigns combined.
