Harlan, Kentucky — Today, Harlan County Judge/Executive Dan Mosley announced his endorsement of Andy Barr (R-KY) for the United States Senate.
“I’m proud to endorse my friend, Congressman Andy Barr, to be Kentucky’s next United States Senator. There are many qualities I respect and love that he possesses. He is genuine. He cares. He listens. Andy’s work ethic is tireless and relentless,” said Dan Mosley, Harlan County Judge/Executive. “He stands for Kentucky values, understands the importance of coal and our coal miner’s role in American energy independence, and he will continue to stand with President Trump on securing the border to protect our families from fentanyl pouring into the nation from enemies trying to harm us. Andy’s tough, he’s tested, and he’s ready to be our United States Senator. He has my complete and total support.”
“I’m honored to have the support of Judge Mosley,” said Barr. “Dan is a strong leader for Harlan County who has an incredible track record of delivering for Kentucky. I am grateful for his friendship and confidence in my campaign. I look forward to continuing to work together to support our coal communities, strengthen American energy independence, secure our border, and deliver results for Eastern Kentucky.”
Judge Mosley is the Judge/Executive of Harlan County, first elected in 2014. For over 12 years, he has been responsible for managing public services and strengthening the development of Harlan County. A lifelong advocate for Eastern Kentucky, Mosley has focused on job creation, infrastructure improvement, and support for local coal communities. Judge Mosley joins 30 other County Judge/Executives in endorsing Barr’s campaign. Barr has over 170 major endorsements, more than all other campaigns combined.
